Through our two primary programs, Integrated English (IE) and industry-specific Workforce Development (WFD) training programs, PODER provides comprehensive adult literacy and workforce development programming. Together with our wrap-around student support services, enrichment workshops, and community outreach initiatives, PODER is providing Spanish-speaking adults on Chicago’s southwest side with a holistic range of services that empower them with the skills and resources needed to be economically independent and fully integrated in U.S. society.
